I actually came here today because I was going to excersize today, had on a tank top and looked down and thought my chest looked bigger. Then I went to the mirror and looked straight ahead and it looked about the same.
I haven't had any permanant noticable results yet which is what I am looking for (women who messure there chest and notice a c, difference well thats not my thing, breasts can naturally swell because of water retention or pms, i need to see notiable and actually gain a size.)
I feel like when I hold my breasts they feel bigger also so it could just be in my head but I do feel like it is having some positive affects so far though I haven't gotten any hard proof yet just my personal feeling.
I will say also that, I know its really bad but I don;t do it every day. I was really dedicaed to when it starts but I can't even remember to take my vitamins daily and when you need to find alone time (dont want to do it infront of my son) and its chilly in your bed room and your sleepy...well I do skip it. I do it multiple times a week for generaly between 1-3 hours at a time about 3-4 times a week. occasionally I have very carefully tried to sleep with it on (Im a light sleeper so I am actually pretty concious of rolling around) but the last time I did it left some (temporary) red spots on my skin so I decided not to do that again.
After today I felt I need to be more dedicated but there is still a large part of me that is skeptical so my motivation level isnt what it should be. and again my swelling isnt huge or anything but I will say it is a difference. I really dont know how to keep myself motivvated honestly.
I try to think of 'think of hat you will look like then' but that really isn't enough when im cozy in bed.
other random things, my left side swells more when pumping however always seems smaller when it goes down.
