week 33rd of brava:

i've been good about averaging over 12hrs a day until last month. the past 5 weeks, i only averaged 10.5 hrs a day. i also skipped a night here and there. this 33rd week of brava, i switched over to using the narrow extra large domes, and i also skipped wearing brava 2 nights in a row for the first time. my breasts didn't seem that much smaller by the 3rd night when i finally put brava back on. this is a good sign that what i've gained is permanent, even though the gain is modest.

i'm almost running out of suplife PM. one bag lasts about 1 month. i did experience some breast sensation this past month, but i'm not sure if it's from suplife PM or ainterol spray. i'm gonna try doing siriporn capsules and ainterol spray next month to see how that combination will fare out. ordering siriporn is much easier than ordering suplife PM.

lostacres, when i got my yeast infection, it did occur to me that elevated estrogen level could have been the cause. i tried using more PC cream but that didn't help. good luck with getting rid of yours!
