I don't know if you're talking about the Ladies PM or the Siriporn, but the Ladies PM is a solid tablet like an aspirin, not a capsule, so I don't think that attempting to make a cream from it will work very well. You might be able to make some kind of topical out of the siriporn, but you'll need to steep it in oil, or alcohol, for at least a week or two, then strain it well. Even then you can't be sure that a lot of miroestrol will be extracted. I've been trying to figure out a viable option to the Ladies PM cream, which is super expensive. For now I'm just going to continue to use Robust. It's really cheap and seems a little better than a lot of the other inexpensive options.
