I am so excited, I just ordered the Ladies pureria...now I need to figure out how to put it in my program. Since I do not cycle, I feel like it would be too expensive to take all month, so I am thinking about taking it the first half of the month and doing 2X siriporn the second half.
I would also like to make some topical out of their pills. I will alreay have a mixture of Emu, borage and Zhi mu mixing, I wonder if I should put it in that? The only thing is, to me it looks like a little white pill so I am guessing that means it is probably a water soluable extract? I dont know if that means I should dissolve it into some sort of lotion or ceam and that would be the best way to get it delivered or not.
