I weighed myself and it seems I gained roughly 1.75 lbs! I have been on protein for about 19 days and feel this has contributed to it.
So I gained a little sometime during this past cycle and then noticed at the end into this new cycle 21*, I have gained a little fullness in the chest.
3rd day of menses so, may still be too early to tell. Butt, thighs and breasts are slightly bigger and no loss or gain in waist.
Wainting some sort of HGH kick. I would also like to gain three inches in height.
Have to do more research but I am looking into this:
USPlabs PowerFULL, 90 Capsules
mercury detox:
Whey Protien Powder take three scoops each day with milk or juice.
PCA-rx Four sprays under tongue in the morning.
DR Wallach colloidal minerals take 10 ml a day.
A fibre supplement or fibre drink or cereal for breakfast.
3-4 cups of coffee a day will help move the bowels to excrete mercury fast.
Try Flaxseed oil 1 tablespoon a day, for Omega 3 to protect the brain.
