Hello doll. Ur boobs look amazing! Am about to start PM too I have both ainterol and siriporn, but it seems most ppl on here use ainterol so I ges am gna have to go with that. My question is about the progesterone cream. How do u plan on using it? Do u use it on ur breasts only? twice a day everyday for 2weeks? pls can u explain how to use it. Tnx

Hello, and thank you! I plan to use it the last two weeks of every cycle, twice a day. Since progesterone cream is strong, you don't want to always use it in the same spot. That will cause it to fill up your receptors, and once that happens, you won't be able to absorb its effects anymore! So every two or three days, start applying it to another part of your body with thin skin for two or three days, and so on. When I apply it to the breasts, I just apply a small amount above the bust, where the chest skin would be the thinnest (so, not actually on my breasts). I also really like to put it on my wrists and inner elbows, as well as my ugly vein-y hands (>.<). In the same way, you could also put it on the backs of your knees or your ankles.

When I use it, I like to switch where I put it between the morning and evening. Like, if I apply it to my left wrist in the morning, I'll apply it to the right at night. Left inner elbow in the morning, right at night. That might make it more confusing for some people, but it makes it pretty easy for me so I don't forget and use it in one spot too many days. This way, I'm constantly changing things up and remembering to hit different spots.
