Lol Yes!!! Everyone wanting to work on their backside really should use that video. I've been using it for months (a little less frequently now that my computer lags so much), and it destroys me every time. I think it's also the perfect workout because you don't have to worry about form or anything like that. Since that's always part of my problem with those danged frog squats!
