Okay, adding in some things:
sheep placenta sometimes 1-2Gm
cayenne sometimes
amino acids sometimes 2-4Gm
Vit C 6Gms
Collagen 6gms day
30gms protein shake
Oyster shell tabs 300mg
Parsley 2-3 Gm's
BO Drops 6-10 drops 3x daily
Bio Estriodal Gel every other day topically on breasts days 7-17
Bio Progesterone gel topically and lower back or hips days 14-25
Vit B 100 Compl3x 1800Mg
Dhea 10mgs
So I have added an additional 36gms to my daily protein intake!
I have also been putting a few drops of BO into my coconut oil / flax for massage on my butt but not breasts though.
I figure the BO will be helpful for my workout: the traces of testosterone will increase muscle while the estrogen and progesterone will add fat and shape to it while I am not working out on the rest of the days.
Breasts seem firmer. I have about 4-5 days left on bio estradoil cream.
