I had taken like a 4 month break and am just starting back. I was on pm previously...if you go down a couple of posts I put up my program and my progress pics from last time. I was very happy with the results. I am supposed to get my period this weekend so I will be starting pm again. I lost some of my growth when I took the break so I really hope in the next month or so I can gain it back.
