I want to use a pm topical along with taking pm capsules.
So I was thinking, couldn't I just buy some pm powder and mix it with something?

It would be a lot cheaper and would last a lot longer than buying a tube of pm cream/spray.
I just don't know if its soluble enough, or if id be able to absorb it. (Its made for mixing in foods/drinks.)
