So here's the new plan I am working on for my new PM program. Still need to do some research and figure everything out. Wondering when to start ramping up PM and how quickly. Kind of like the idea of doing the goats rue only part of the time. I dont know if I have the correct logic, as I am totally new to this, but my thinking is that prolactin either helps progestrin, or (slightly?) opposes estrogen, it would be good to start this toward the end of the PM cycle? I could be totally wrong. I do like the idea that prolactin encourages more fat storage in the breast so this is what I am aiming for.
