hey there,
I bought a noogleberry a couple years ago and then became pregnant a few months later so didn't get much use of it. Well baby is now a toddler and has been fully weaned for a couple months now and I am all dried up and boobies are deflated and I am ready to put 100% into NBE now!
I am not sure how long to noggle or how often can someone walk me through that.
