I saw my MD this am. He is going to put me on Bio identical progesterone and estrone, DHEA and adrenal supps. He wants to wait to place me on Bio identical estroidal! Can you believe I actually need estradoil?? I should have no problem growing on NBE this time. He said I am lacking in all hormones and he is now giving me T3/T4. This should also help. I am so hypo right now and he also confirmed stage 3 adrenal fatigue.

I'd say rather than mixing Nestle's Quick in with the protein, mix it with Breakfast Essentials (their Rich Chocolate flavour tastes so much like Nestle's Quick), and it's got 5g of protein in it. Wahaika, do you mix it with water so it mixes better than milk? Because 8oz of milk has around 8g of protein, I think.
