I've discovered NBE 3 months ago, after hours of research. I don't understand how such useful information can be so hard to find!
First let me talk a bit about myself. My name is Margarida, I'm Portuguese and I'm still a teen. I'll be 15 yo this year.
I started an extreme change in my body a few months ago. I've lost 20 kg (44 lbs), and I'm now 65 kg (143 lbs). I've lost about 4 or 5 cms (1 inch) of fat in my breasts (I guess that is what breasts are made of). I have 95 to 96 cm of bust (37 in), but I'm not happy with my breasts. I'm not worried about getting attention to my breasts at all, I just want to like my body...It's our temple, why not make it a beautiful temple? I don't know if this happened to anyone here, but when I say I'd like to have bigger and fuller breasts people don't accept it well. And I'm just... being honest. If I can naturally increase my size and make my breasts grow bigger during puberty, plus making them healthy, Jesus Christ, why not?
So, back to the topic (sorry). I dont want to take pills or anything. I'm doing 200 to 300 chi rotates (Idk if I wrote it right) twice a day. Is there anything else I can do without messing up my body (hormones, etc)? I heard that tea is good... which tea should I take?
Another question: If I stop massaging for a long time, will my breasts come back to their inicial size?

PS: I've lost a lot of weight, but my breasts are not saggy. They look normal to me. Maybe they could be a little bit more perky,anyway.
