I just got one at half that price on eBay. One vibrated much stronger than the other, but neither vibrated enough to be felt anywhere, at least not by me. Even trying hard to feel the vibes, all I could detect was the buzzing, which is a pleasant enough sound -- if you want to listen to a mechanical mosquito.
