Woah Doll, thank you so much for the input ; )
you've raised interesting questions:
about flaxseed/linseed, i take the seeds internally, and not in the form of oil extraction. I thought that flax seed also contains compounds known as lignans that mimic the effects of natural estrogen on the body.
Would the aromatse inhibitor interfere with the other herbs chemistry?
and about the L-arginine, i agree, it does seem to become unsustainable due to the price, and it's funny only now i'm seeing people commenting that it's not that necessary. i gathered at the time that i needed something to help my body produce more tissue cells.[/code]
thank you for the tip, i won't be investing more in L-arginine
about the encapsulating, it's pretty cool, i consider it a little hobby : D
thanks for the help, your personal page has helped me with alot of doubts too, and it's great to know you're program is working for you! btw, you're breasts look so gorgeous ^^ go girl
