Finally, i've started my NBE journey
for a week i took milk thistle, and yesterday which was the 2nd day of my cycle (my monthly hasn't appeared yet) i started my program.
Morning:
Barley (400mg); Oats (400mg); Hops (620mg), Linseed(500mg); L-arginine (500mg)
spearment tea, + chiyomilk massages
Evening:
Barley (400mg); Oats (400mg); Hops (620mg), Linseed(500mg);
Notes: i should try to take the herbs at least 20 30 min before meals to enhance their effects
Q.: i have no idea how the majority of you deal with the fennugreek batter when it come to leaving it on the chest area over night, i read someone's post about using plastic wrap, and this caused severe rashes on the skin, so i was thinking of using an old rag ( like towel or thick t-shirt) so at least my skin can breathe and not dirty the sheets that much. but i'm still apprehensive...
