I don't really know what it means if it first started on the new PM. Maybe the previous PM was no good, or the dose was too low.

Actually I found the previous Pm was good. It made my skin clear and nails and hair grew faster, also the mood improved and I know it was true PM as the first time I started taking it, I took it for like a month until my period didn't come so I started to cycle. It was a pure root, powdered, but only 400mg. I heard the extract is stronger.
