From my experience Brava increased my nipple sensitivity a lot (temporarily) but the nipplettes (nipple suction cups) decreased the sensitivity and I think it might be permanent so I would use the nipple cups carefully. T.i don't use them for a long periods of time. I am glad I used it though because I had puffy areolas and flat nipples but now I have normal nipple length and my areolas are less puffy after using it.

Fenugreek has increased my nipple sensitivity again and I only take it orally.
