Well that information is debatable . There has been to little research done on it and there is no established recommended dose. Just because one study recommends an amount to achieve the result of that study doesn't mean it is the final word in dosages. I am correct, that dosage was taken from a study where PM's use was studied to the benefit on revitalizing your skin and beauty. But not for breast growth. The typical dosages of 800mg to 1g are from the thailand study. Which showed that 11% of women who took low dosage of PM saw an increase in breast size. Where as the group that took 800mg, 83% of women saw an increase in breast size.
However I do agree that there are fake PM products out there and there is a lot of variation in their processing. Even the ones that use the correct plant will still have it in different forms ie, root, whole plant and a standardized extract. At what place did you see that 85% of PM products are falsely labelled(curious)?
Now I may have to disagree with your product choice. I am not sure about how effective their standardized extract is. But it seems like the product is at the lower end of dosages. Which is more effective for skin, hair and as the intended use for menopausal symptoms.
