Still massaging with blk seed oil/nutmeg combination. I am in luteal phase as I can feel it
Used PM topically this cycle till 3 days ago.
3 days till saliva tests get collected. So anxious as to where my hormones lie. Going to give up all grains soon. As of now, my acne has ceased!
