Yes, I've always used Siriporn and I'm still growing from it..I really think topicals are very important so a good PM cream is the best you can do...I'm currently taking only 100 mg of PM internally but the PM cream keeps me growing..one thing I recommend for breaking plateau is massage, after I started massaging with the bust roller on my second month I got a growth sprout
