Just wondering. I heard pairing bo (im on ub) and msm really helps the growth process. I really want to try this but I've read on the bhm forum that some people experienced spotting and/or earlier/heavier periods while taking it. Im on bc pills as well and I know that they don't counteract but yea...just worried
