My question is, is L-Tyrosine okay to take with BC Pills? Does it reduce the effectiveness? Are any of you gals taking the two meds together and have you noticed any bad side-effects?
I take L-Tyrosine occassionally, when my temperature is too low. 500mg is usually sufficient to raise my temperature around 0.2 degrees F. So far it hasn't had any effect on my birth control or given me any side effects. Of course, you'll never know if you'll get side effects until you try it.
