using PM I'm learning that less is more and is more effective. Ramping up my dosage to 1500mgs had left me estrogen dominant on luteal and today is day 31 and still no menses which I think is because I ovulated ealier than day14...(I sooo need an ovulation kit). This forum is so helpful and for the 1st time I'm learning about my body. Although I haven't figured out precisely what works and what doesn't I'm getting there with everyones help and as soon as I figure what makes my boobs react I'm going for some DD's
