I just started my period (6/26/2012) and have therefore started my Ainterol PM. I will be taking one for 13 days and stop until my next cycle. For the next cycle, I will be taking 1 the first 7 days of Follicular phase and 2 for the rest of it (6 days). I did not do ANYTHING NBEish during my luteal phase 
I am starting to think about using PM alone and no herbs on luteal, but I first will like to finish up those I still have. I also want to start noogling again. I will be measuring 3 days after my period, like always, and keep you up dated with the new PM
