I'm very very confused with PM brands

#10

Actually, using the powder is not really that hard. The powder is only Pueraria Mirifica and nothing else. Just scoop some into something like milk and drink it.

I think how potent a product is depends on a lot of things. Most important is of course the quality of the herb/source itself, then how it is processed, the final form of the product (dried herb, powder, extract, etc), and also how it is delivered into the body. I've read that it works better after being processed by the liver like from taking pills, and I've read that it may work better if it avoids the digestive tract and liver like from applying the cream on the skin or taking edible extract under the tongue. But there's no clear answer there.

Now, the statement that Pueraria Mirifica makes breast grow is a bit inaccurate.

A more accurate statement would be that Pueraria Mirifica in a high enough dosage may increase a person's estrogen levels high enough to encourage the body to deposit more fat in certain areas.

But it also means other places on the body may get fatter too. And that's why Pueraria Mirifica seems like it's not working that well for some people. In the end, their own body makes the final decision on where to add the fat. If their body insist on putting more fat on their hips than on their breast. Then when they take in or contact something like Pueraria Mirifica or other estrogen-like substances, there will be a chance that their hips will have more growth than their breast. At least that's how I understand it.

I read in another forum, someone said that progesterone is important for breast growth too. She said something like: Pueraria Mirifica will encourage the body to deposit fat, but progesterone is what encourages "breast tissue" to grow. But from what I read, and kind of experienced, it's best not to play around with progesterone if it's not needed. Genetic women naturally produce progesterone anyways, until later in life.

The danger of progesterone is that if a person unknowingly has cancerous breast tissue cells in their breast, and uses progesterone cream, it may cause those cancer cells to grow too. Just have to be careful.

Oh, and I only recently started using coconut oil. I used to olive oil moisturize, but it would make my clothes smell and stain them. I think because I used a thicker olive oil, a lighter olive oil may have been better. But I just eat it now instead of putting it on my skin.

I use the coconut oil for my entire body. I got mine at the grocery store about $5 for a 500 ml jar. I don't think the coconut oil itself helps with breast growth, just makes it easier to massage the area which helps blood circulation, and because its edible there's no worry about getting it on the lips or in the mouth. I often use it as lip moisturizer.

My main reason for taking Pueraria Mirifica is for skin, hair, and overall youthfulness. Hopefully that will happen. Breast growth for me is not really that important. As I am a male. But if my breast do get bigger, I don't mind.
