I'm very very confused with PM brands

#2

I think the Thanyaporn is different from the rest of the brands you mentioned because it contains other herbs, mainly pepper and ginger. Simply, for each Thanyaporn pill you take, you get about 100 mg mg of Pueraria Mirifica and also about 250 mg of pepper and ginger. (white bottle, pink label, picture of white flower)

Actually Raksa (export brand from Thanyaporn) list the following:

-Pueraria Mirifica
-Piper Nigrum (Black pepper)
-Boesenbergia Rotunda (Chinese ginger)
-Piper Retrofractum (Long Pepper)

So there's quite a bit of pepper and ginger.

Following the recommended dosage of 1 capsule per day should not cause any discomfort. But once you start increasing the number of pills, the amount of pepper and ginger will add up fast. Pepper and ginger affects a person's blood circulation, I think the pepper and ginger aids in the effectiveness of each pill by improving blood circulation, but too much will cause discomfort. I think I've read on here about Thanyaporn pills causing some people discomfort. That maybe why.

Can't really compare the Thanyaporn pills with the other brand pills that contain only Pueraria Mirifica. If you plan on playing around with the dosages, best not to use the Thanyaporn pills, unless you can separate the Pueraria Mirifica from the pepper and ginger... which you cannot. Compound pills and Pure pills each serve a different purpose and way of use.

I have personally tried the Thanyaporn brand, but only for about 20 days and only 1/10 the capsule for each dose. Mainly to see its effects if any. It did seem like my skin looked a little different, like a bit more shiny. But it could be from applying moisturizer (coconut oil) too.

Right now, I'm using the Ainterol Powder, just the regular one Pure-m/R1. I like how I'm not consuming extra herbs and also that I can adjust the dosage, I bought a milligram scale for that. I just mix the powder in 1/2 cup of warmed milk. I will see in a month if my routine does anything.

I haven't tried any of the other brands. But I bought too much Pueraria Mirifica already so won't be buying anymore for a long time.

Yes, don't mix too many herbs at once. Only take what is needed.
