Hellooooo!! It's been a few weeks since I last updated but my last cycle was very long: 39 days. I guess this is what happens when you don't cycle the hops

Yeah something is slow in the state of Boobieland lol. Not much to say really, I'm on my herbal break and this is what I'm doing/taking until my period comes again:
-2g MSM
-2 Biosil
-1 or 2 Protein shakes
-Morning mini chi massage with firming lotion
-Morning Supraliminal Plus (De Giorgio)
-Supra/Subliminals during the day (De Giorgio)
-Yoga
-Exercises for my lower belly fat
-Pressure points
-Night chi massage with Cocoa butter oil (or with firming lotion if I'm not doing the breastperformance afterwards)
-Breast Performance massages
-Hypnosis (the anchoring Kelly9 posted here followed by hypno cd by John Lordi)
So no, I'm not taking Milk Thistle as I planned, because I want this break to be as herb-free as possible, so my estrogen receptors can clear completely and start anew next month. I'm thinking of copying Eve's program a little, perhaps adding barley and the hops extract. I'll post when I decide.
