The program looks sound. I'm only adding a few comments here that may be useful for other people.
Estrogens increase HGH in the breast, and HGH in turn increases IGF-1 locally, in the breast. Supplementation of HGH in men tends to grow foreheads, ears, and hands. There are life, seasonal, and daily cycles in HGH. In summer at your age, you have plenty. But you can time the supplementation to lengthen the night, and grow longer, also to help with muscle growth.
I like the limitation of PM to a sensible 7 days. Consider starting earlier as your period gets shorter, for reasons I explained here:

Your BMI is 18.2. That is the ideal compromise between a model figure and a healthy weight. But it may limit your growth. If the maca puts on weight, consider to just let it.
