How to take PM
#10

Thanks for the info!

Yes, I take my temperature every morning at nearly the same time (between 7.20 and 7.30 a.m., when I wake up). However, on the weekends I wake up later, so temperature changes a little bit I think. I am finding BBT charting difficult as well but I think this and my vaginal discharge changes are helping me to figure out where in my cycle I am. I may get an ovulation test, though - it looks very helpful. Wink

Oh my God, a 36- day period! Never had that...although I've always been irregular.

I "hear" people saying NBE is a "trial-error" trip, and they are so right. Since I started I am trying to figure out what's best for me...Dodgy Hopefully next cycle I know best...Big Grin
