Yes. I ovulated on day 18 this month, my periods are longer than usual except if I'm taking the birth control pill, then they are shorter. So my last period started on April 15, 18 days after (May 3) I ovulated ( my ovulation test turned out positive). The ovulation tests come with a small chart that says how long your period is depending on what day you ovulate, I ovulated on day 18 so my cycle is aprox 35 days long (yes it's long!) so today May 20 and day 35 I got my period 
I have to say I wasn't expecting it to be so exact, and till I started NBE I never knew the length of the cycle had to do with the day you ovulated...so if you ovulated on day 19 you will get your period on day 36 aprox.
About the herbs, right now I only take PM, and yes I cycle, I stopped taking it on day 18 and today I started taking PM again.
Do you take your temperature every morning at the same hour when you wake up and before you get out of bed? I tried BBT charting but I find it very difficult...I've read somewhere that you can't even talk before taking it because the result won't be exact.
