Hello all! Nice to meet ya! I'm Alicia and I'm new to the forum. I actually started an NBE program 3 months ago that I found on a website by a woman's health consultant. 
I can't complain about my bust size: I'm blessed n appreciative to be a 36D. Problem is... my right boob is about a 36C-ish. Not horribly bad but noticeable; my blouses shift to one side and my sis calls it my "crippled boob". Hence I started the program:
3 capsules of Fenugreek, Red Clover, and Saw Palmetto a day (starting on the first day of my period until 3 days before my next period) and mixing a cream with lotion, liquid Wild Yam, liquid Fenugreek, and Evening Primrose Oil and massaging it in at night for at least 10 mins total then keeping the breast warm for 1/2 hour. Every month, the amount of liquid herbs was increased. Now I'm instructed to take a break from the herbs for a month so my body doesn't "get used" to the herbs and so as to not make them less efficient.
After 3 months I THINK I see a slight difference in my right breast, or it might be my imagination. I know I definitely have too much testosterone in my body, I'm not a hairy beast but I do get a few hairs that grow in random places. I will continue the program after a month of rest, but I think I may have to ramp up on the capsules or maybe order some PM and add it to the cream tp speed things up, what do you gals think? I appreciate any thoughts and suggestions you may have, thank you!
