Following Isabelle's advice I've reduced the linseed from 10 to 2 grams per day. As a vegan I need a minimum of 2 grams for my omega-3's. But I'll try to find other vegan omega-3 foods.
I'm having a huge pot of chickpeas with a handful of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seed oil for dinner. After this: 3g arginine-powder mixed in some water. YUM.
