i reason i wasnt consistant with the massage it because i discover that i have something in my left breast so, i didnt know if it was coz to the phytoestrogen cream or other cream i use or the herbs(like PM, goat rue , Fn or Sw) so i decided to stop for a while..

I got a doc appointment and 2 days ago i got a biopsy, ans now waiting for the result....

I know it been 2 days and i may be inflamed but my left breast is bigger than the right one....i almost ask the doc to do the same with my right one....lol

I would like to buy PC but there so many brand that i dont know witch one to choose....


Im just like you i want to keep it simple, so that is why after my break i will start back with just PM pills and PC cream.....and see how its goes.....and im in natural thing only.... that is why i do NBE and not getting implant(plus, i just got a biopsy and im in pain so wont support the pain of the after surgery)
