Hi jul,
Thanks for your feedback and reply!
From what I've read, MSM is a naturally occurring substance (organic sulfur) which the body creates (and can obtain further from food) and uses to function well but as we grow older with age, the body does not create as much (due to an aging system). It's used to improve the systems in your body - improving the quality of your hair, skin, nails, bones, tissues, dietary, circulatory, detoxification etc etc. Many articles on this include: http://www.msm-info.com/
One of the side effects reported by many females have been that they have experienced breast growth. It's not known why but it comes from taking high doses (ramping up slowly so your body can cope with all of the detoxification). It's natural and organic so there's no need to worry too much about taking it.
There's many items (herbs, cream etc) that you can try on this forum but as I live in Australia, there are limits as to what we can get our hands on. In fact, there was a restriction on Bountiful Breast a little while ago and some people had customs return their product back but that got lifted/sorted out so I was able to get my 9 months worth sent through. I also read that Progesterone Cream could not be bought from Australia without a valid doctor's certificate.
I haven't looked into taking all the herbs that you mention yet because I want to keep my program clean and simple (ideally!). Hence why I am starting with the basics. I figure I can always work up from there.
jul - I think you should make it a point to keep your massages consistent. After all, you know they work and if that's why you come on this journey - then, see it as vital in your program. I make mine part of a habit so I never forget. I have a little checklist to tick off everyday!
As I said, I've kept it up for 6 weeks, and I see it as a long-term thing which will be ongoing.
Thanks for your feedback and reply!
