I can't remember what I googled but I actually saw this challenge on a different website which I now can't find to share but according to the author/s, you can increase your cup size if you follow their massages for 30 Days! Here's a link to something similar that I found for you to read through (http://naturalremedysite.blogspot.com.au/2007/11/increase-cup-size-in-30-days-with.html)
Easy thing to try - especially as I know that massage has worked in the past for me as well as many others on this forum. I can't remember which thread it was that I read but when people asked whether the growth was permanent, a person related their experience that the longer they massaged, the bigger they grew. Months more = Bigger cups!
So I'm going to keep going but after 6 weeks, my new measurements are:
Under Breast = 32" (the results of the massage!)
Across Bust = 36" (I lost 0.5" here which could be due to my halting of Bountiful Breast - they say that growth is only kept if taken for at least a year)
Cup Size = (32" +4 as it's now an even number, minus 36" =Same) so now being 36" means an A! What?! Could that be right? I have taken photos to show you where I'm at. According to this website, http://www.85b.org, I am still an AA but I'm happy with that if it means I've gone up from AAA!
For my Candida and to raise general temperature, I am on a program of Olive Leaf liquid capsule for lunch and dinner and adding Cayenne Pepper to JuJube tea after lunch and to Fennel tea after dinner. I also make it a note to do 15 minutes (5 mins, 3 times a day) on my Cardio Twister machine to jolt my heart rate/circulation. I will try this for a month to see how it goes.
On an everyday basis, I have added in MSM (with Vit C in the powder) for awhile now - 1 teaspoon in Water as soon as I wake up with 4 Spirulina Tablets and 1/2 teaspoon in Water after Dinner with High-Strength Wild Fish Oil. Also Peanut Butter on a Slice of Toast for breakfast as they say that it's good source for the Breasts to get some Protein, Vitamins, Minerals (http://beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=332)
Check out my photos - I'm so glad I took them for this forum as they look bigger than I imagined/remembered in my brain. Best wishes to all of my Multiple A sisters on their journey as well. XoXo
