My doctor made a blood test and the result was that I'm estrogen defficient. So, would it be okay for my body to take 1 PM capsule (500mg) 3 times a day?
Now, in the first days of my cycle when the estrogen is extra low I don't notice any effect in my breasts (no tingling, growth pain...) so... do you think I need more PM now?
I want a fast breast growth as it affects my psyche, mood and relationship
I don't feel like a woman and I'm ashamed so, my boyfriend and I don't have sex. Since months...
And should I use the cream 3 times a day now?
Which supplements should I add?
I'm thinking about ordering hyaluronic acid capsules, collagen capsules and MSM.

Vegan.
Allergic to soy.
I have enough protein and fat in my diet (vegan protein powder, almond butter, sesame paste...).
I take PM plus cream since March, 28th.
I don't want a plastic surgery.
I don't make breast massage because I don't have time (work much) but I massage every breast when I put the cream on (50 circular movements each breast).
