Just making an up date on supplements.
I am currently taking (as of April 10, 2012) the following:
Gelatin: 2 Capsules a day (after meal)
IGF-1+: two sprays a day
Maca: will be following this routine.
I had taken Maca before, cannot remember for how long, did not see an increase but I also did not follow the dosages because I was having trouble with breakouts. Since I am taking Pantothenic Acid (AWESOME for acne), collagen, and gelatin, I am expecting no breakouts and therefore the comfort to increase the dosage as recommended.
I am also starting to exercise (butt muscles only) :p
