I Love the nipple stopper 
Yes, I agree with those who have said it increases roundness. Before using it, I would get nice swelling but there was an obvious gap in between the cleavage; this is considering wearing a bra. Now after pumping, the gap has minimized greatly, it is still there but you can hardly see it. I also love the fact that it protects the nipples, I do not feel them getting pulled which makes it much comfortable to pump. Anyways, roundness? YES. A lot of it. the natural gap between my breasts has minimized a bit too, not too visible but there is definitely a difference. Like you said, experiment to keep surprising the body!
