I think I am having a growth spurt..this must be the PM kicking in. For the first time ever I can look in the mirror and see..proper breasts! I did half hour with the CL each side last night and they were enormous!! 
(enormous by my paltry standards anyway) I keep wanting to cup them!! A couple of nights ago I couldnt be bothered halving my PM tablet and had horrible palpitations in the night..so obviously i need to take a loser dose then recommended. The PM is from pueraria-mirifica.com, which i think is the same as pueraria.co.uk (same leaflet)..just checked and its 500mg per tablet, so quite high. I take about 750mg a day..could i/should i lower that? Bit reluctant now as definitely had a growth spurt in the last day
