When I was 16 I had an A cup and by the time i was 17 i was a B, so im sure your still not done growing. I felt the same way at 17, but my dr. put me on Yasmin Birth control and my boobs went from a 32B to a 32C in the first 2 months on it. Im not sure if you're already on a BC pill, but id give that a try. Hell even tell your DR. that your hoping to get some boobage from the BC, the DR. might know what kind of BC to put you on to get that side effect.
