I'm so excited to have found this forum! I never thought natural breast enhancement would work to even gain 1/2 inch! Again, so thankful of all of you honest ladies for sharing your stories.
I don't know if you guys know or recall TigerLily, but she used chicken feet soup, tofu and other "boobie" food, and massaged and gained from 32A to 32C in 15 months. I've tried her program for 3 straight months then stopped 1 month but continued with massage, then went on again for 1 month. Then stopped again until now, which is about 1 month. I wasn't as religious as she was, but I started at 32-AA to almost 32-A, and actually got my breasts fuller, and much firmer and rounder. I know I grew because I took photo, and from the experience of feeling it before and after. Now, my breasts are still bigger, firmer, and rounder than before starting NBE. But it's certainly not the same as the results before I stopped
. That method was very time consuming. I didn't mind the massage but having to eat the soup and "boobie" food everyday is very, very tough considering my schedule. So, now, I'm about to jump on board for Ainterol PM, but I'm confused... I don't know what you guys mean by "cycling", and these other phases. I've tried researching what ovulation is to know what days i ovulate, but I just don't understand what the heck when I'm ovulating means! (LOL I know, I'm such a noob). So.. when I'm cycling, does that mean I'm on my period? When I'm ovulating, am I on my period or no?
One last thing, do you take PM on days you are menstruating or on off days? I'm confused as everyone seems to suggest otherwise. 1 website I found suggested taking PM for 15 days on days you start your period, and off on the 15th day. Then back again when period starts.
