Alrighty, I am day 2 of menses of a new cycle (8). I cant believe I have been doing NBE for 8 months! haven't noticed but minor swelling. My breasts feel liquidy still as if there are tiny little cells dividing all around. I feel day 7-10 will be my smallest.

I have just been doing PM all the way through as it did nothing for me internally and I am happy to report, my cycle is on time so touching it does not have any effects but they can definitely use some filling out. So I will continue the topical treatment massages every day. I haven't measured. I hate the tape.

It could also be that the 3-5gms of Aminos are doing me good with topical PM.

I have been taking a 3,4 drops of a fennel/wy combo (lut phase) but I noticed, I broke out with acne.

I also noticed a widening effect of my appearance of each boob and sadly noticed one is bigger than the other

So something is happening here and I am filling itching nipples (mainly the right one). Its probably a growth sign as it is the bigger one.

So I pumped everday in lut phase for 2-4 hrs (morning night session).
But the last four days I have been lazy and not pumped till this afternoon.


I weighed myself and I am 93 lbs! With a B cup. Still have that androgen under belly! But hey, I have never been a b cup at 93 lbs. So I will cut my losses and be happy about it.
