Hi, I am not a specialist but low progesterone in the lutheal phase and high testosterone are generally signs of PCOS. I recommend you to read about PCOS on the internet, there is lots of great info, and see if you have any symptoms of PCOS. Basically, you generally have to concentrate on eating more anti-androgens (i.e. replace white bread with rye bread and include fiber and EFA with every meal, eat healthy snacks between meals, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, excercise and add a few supplements). A lot of recommended supplements (e.g. saw palmetto, fenugreek, barely grass, hops, flaxseed oil, etc) are also used for NBE. Saw palmetto and hops are anti-androgens, I think fenugreek increases progesterone so these are some of the herbs for you to consider. A lot of girls here use PC in the lutheal phase as well. Hopefully someone else will suggest a good program for you to follow. Ginie took PM in the follicular phase and herbs and sometimes PC in the lutheal phase so you can check her program in the Personal Programs page. She has lots of great info there.
Good luck!
