For the past week, I have been working on my cleavage area with my NB by holding the domes so they touch in the middle of my chest and pumping. I also use to piston pump method while I do this. It seems to be working already! My breasts are much rounder in the domes, and they fill the domes more sufficiently, if you will. My cleavage is filling out, too! I need to get some 500 mL bottles to make nipple stoppers!!
It seems like NB can "fix" the areas and things about my breasts that I don't like, like my lack of cleavage. I feel like my breasts would look sooo much bigger if I just had some cleavage! Just a little more. Only a little. All my boob mass is on the side, so if I even that out with some cleavage, they would look "swell" (haha...sorry for the pun...
)
NB is simply amazing!
OKAY, so the real purpose of this long-winded post:
I have been reading up on milk thistle, and everywhere I read it say that milk thistle "mimics the effects of estrogen." I understand that it cleanses the liver, but I am a little confused as to why we are using milk thistle to cleanse excess estrogen and other hormones from our bodies when milk thistle is estrogenic? I have a mixed feelings on this. In a way I think it is a good thing, because I don't want my estrogen levels to completely drop, but I want to cleanse my liver in the meantime. On the other hand, I don't want to add MORE estrogen to the already increased estrogen levels in my body. However, I am not a scientist and do not claim to be expert, so these are just my thoughts.
Can anyone explain this to me, perhaps?
