I know that some people use L-arginine daily, but from what I've read, it really only works best if taken right after aerobic exercises, otherwise it doesn't have too much of an impact (although I'm still very new at this and what I've been reading has probably been about much smaller doses).
I'm very poor, so I've only been taking it every other day after working out, and only the recommended dose. Would taking it daily really help any or is it not going to do too much?
The main reason I'm taking it is because I know I never finished growing during my teenage years, so I have hopes that it can help jump-start that again.
