Hi, I'm new to NBE stuff as well, but I know Fenugreek teas exist. Such teas are usually made from the leaves, but perhaps chopping or grinding the seeds before you steep them will work?

Actually, I see there are some teas made from the seeds as well. So your idea should be fine!

Thanks for replying me!! Yeah i know there was such tea but I was wondering if I could add them together for faster results :p cause spearmint tea is anti androgen and I read fenugreek seeds help for breast enhancement.
