i was woundering in what form of Goat rue you are taking? pill or liquid..... i got the liquid from and it taste nasty plus i have to take 1/4 of a tea spoon..(1 ml)...4 x a day... i find it hard to measure.....and i wounder if it enought.....coz it said on the bottle that it goes with your weight....if over 175 lbs....to take it 1/2 tea spoon (2 ml) 3 X day .....(not even 100 lbs) so how much should i take?

Hi Jul,
I can answer for Isabelle, to save you waiting, in case she doesn't see it soon...she makes a Goats Rue tea from the dried flowers. Just steep the dried material for about 20minutes then filter off the liquid and drink it ( I add a sweetener to mine to make it more palatable). You can make it in strainer mug, cafetiere, or simply use an ordinary tea pot and old fashioned tea strainer.

I'm not sure how much Isabelle is currently using because she varies the amount but at one time it was 4.5g dried material made into tea, 3 x a day. I know both she and I have been up to 10g a day as an experiment.

The problem is knowing what strength your liquid extract is in comparison to the tea.
