I've been intending to update on my program but have been so busy. I'm sort of keeping a journal here I suppose as a way of keeping up with my program. I started a new cycle on the Feb 1. I decided to take isabelle's advice and started taking 1500mg of pm daily. Today is the 16th day of my cycle so I will now go down to 500mg of pm for the remainder of this cycle. I also emptied pm capsules and crushed l-arg tablets and mixed with cocoa butter and have been using this daily for the 15 days.
Isabelle, should I continue to use the cream for the rest of my cycle? Would if be beneficial? Sorry I'm still trying to work out when what works best lol. Also, is it beneficial to promote estrogen throughout my entire cycle or only during the first 15 days?
I'm a bit more motivated I suppose because my hubby commented again that they're definitely fuller
I'm now measuring 31 3/4". Slow but steady lol. I've been on my program for exactly 2 months now and have grown 3/4". Is there anything else I could take that might speed it up a bit? lol
